Changes to the teaching staff

Ian Bolt – PGA Professional

Juliette, Will & the team would like to welcome PGA Professional Ian Bolt to the staff at Basset Down Golf Course.

Ian will be working alongside our very own PGA Professional, Michael Walters, to bring us a full time teaching schedule. We have such a great teaching facility

This appointment with enable us to offer lessons 7 days a week and ensure cover during holiday periods. It will also ensure that we are well placed to teach for longer hours when we (hopefully) receive the permission for our floodlighting on the range.

Michael will continue to be responsible for the Junior teaching schedule.

Michael Walters says ‘I would like to welcome Ian to Basset Down and look forward to working alongside him to help take the club forward. It shows the strength and forward thinking nature of the club that we are taking on another fully qualified PGA Professional in this current economic climate’.

Ian Bolt says ‘I am delighted to be joining Basset Down and am looking forward to working alongside the current team and to assisting them in the future development of this progressive Golf Complex’.

Ian joins Basset Down from 10th November 2008 and is available for lessons. Please call reception to book.
