You MUST book & pay for your tee time before arriving at BDGC.

We will NOT be accepting walk-ins at this time.

Bookings can be made up to 7 days in advance over the phone and are non-refundable. Max 1 round per day per player, max 4 players per group.

From Monday 14^th September, our clubhouse and outdoor seating area can continue to accommodate multiple social groups, provided each individual group is no larger than six people (a new legal requirement). Individual groups must not join up with others to form gatherings of more than six people before, during or after a round. Travel to and from Basset Down Golf Complex should continue to be in accordance with government regulations. Guidance on social distancing and sanitisation must also be followed at all times.  

To book and pay over the phone, please call reception on 07766 139566. Both our 9 & 18 hole footgolf courses will be open from 11:00 - 17:50 Monday - Friday and 09:00 - 17:30 at weekends.

Please ensure you read the below carefully before your visit. These procedures are non-negotiable and have been put in place to protect both our customers and staff’s health and safety.

BEFORE YOUR ROUND

• Please arrive no more than 15 minutes before your tee time

• On arrival, please check-in at the white marquees by the carpark

• Do not check-in or go to the clubhouse

• Please use the hand sanitiser by the entrance. Two-meter distancing markers have been positioned for everyone’s safety

• Please bring your own footballs if you have them. We will also have a limited supply of disinfected balls for hire for £1.00 per ball

• Tee times are currently at 10-minute intervals

• A takeaway food and drink service will be available. You can place an order by calling us ahead of your visit or ordering & paying at the marquee counter. Cold drinks, snacks and icecreams will be available in the marquees

ON THE COURSE

• Players must keep 2 meters apart at all times

• Please do not touch the obstacles on the course

• Flagsticks must not be touched or removed

• If you’d like to order food/drinks to takeaway after your round, please call us from the 9^th /18^th tee so we can prepare your order in a timely manner

AFTER THE ROUND

• Unless collecting a takeaway order, golfers must leave the course and facility after their round. There will be no gathering inside/outside the clubhouse or in the carpark

IMPORTANT: You must not come to the club if you have or are showing symptoms of Covid-19, or if you have been in contact with someone who has the virus.
